Featuring sweets, wine and plein air artists in action. Enjoy watching and visiting with local artists as they ply their trade en plein air. The event this year is at the estate of Dr. Peter Burgess. Originally the hunting lodge for the Carson family, this extensive garden is primarily plants, trees and water. There will be a lecture that considers how artists through the ages have depicted gardens and guided tours of the Burgess gardens with explanations of its long history and interesting lore.
